Hardware Maintenance Contract

This service contract covers parts and labor on all computer hardware at your office location included the contract. This would include;

• Printers

• Scanners

• Computers

• Monitors

• Fax machines

• Phones

 After an assessment of your existing hardware we would devise a plan to cover the devices critical to the operations of your company and provide coverage to maintain and repair them as needed.

Support Contracts

Standard service includes but is not limited to; optimizing hard drives, inspect and clean systems as needed, installing new software drivers and updates as needed, updating anti-virus system as necessary, inspecting system cables and ensuring reliability of backup systems. This service contract covers labor and phone support on all hardware and software. In addition it works hand in hand with our Hardware Support  contract. You can choose the amount of time needed for your company as you tailor this program to fit your need and budget.

Server Colocation

All of the equipment at the heart of our NEW Houston Colocation Data Center has on-ramp access to Internet and long-haul carrier backbones using a state-of-the-art IP-based broadband network, and support services. Our Upstream 100MBps connectivity is provided by Level 3 Gateway in Houston, Texas (www.level3.com). They provide Southway with a portal to their high-capacity network giving us a global presence. Soutway is a major player in the expanding market for internet services in Southeast Texas.  In addition, Southway has ownership of all IP address space allocated by ARIN so you will never get a call from us saying you have to change your IP address because your ISP has changed upstream providers.
